Who are we?
EUVEO - Temporary Work company located at Trofa,
concentrates its activity in professional categories typical of the tertiary
sector. Mission
To conciliate the business needs of the enterprises that wish
to enlist temporary workers with abilities/ capacities of the candidates
selected to execute the function, providing by this way solutions with
quality in a quick and economic manner.

Working Methodology
• Need's Diagnostic – identification of
the needs, of the goals to reach and of the function demands, defined
by the customer.
• Recruting and Selecting – After
study the needs, analysed by our human resources technician, it is initiated
the process of research and identification of the candidates reported
in our list.
• Human Resources Management - To provide
employment to temporary workers it’s assured by us.

Temporary Work Definition
Transitory need, either to replace a worker temporarily absent, or to
suppress an extraordinary lack of workmanship in pique production’s
time.
Euveo – contracts, remunerates and exercises the disciplinary power
on the worker, The User customer – is the company that gives and
receives labour of a worker that doesn’t belong to its staff , over
who exercises power of management and fiscalization of that same work.
Temporary Work Regulation
It is in force the law nº 146/99, dated September the 1st, which
brought-up-to date the law by decree nº 358/89. If any subject is
not mentioned in the temporary work law , we shall resort to other diplomas
(e.g. Holidays, maternity protection, working student, contract terms,
etc)
Temporary Work Durability
The durability might be from some days to 12 months, when authorized by
the working examination it can long until 24 months.
Workers Salary Payment
Euveo pays the salary ; we are his/her patronal entity.
Temporary Workers do they have the right to hollidays, other subsidies
or previligies?
Yes. The temporary workers have the right to receive Christmas and Holidays
subsidy as well as to be on holidays.
And Feeding Subsidy?
The temporary workers have the same rights as the one’s of the User
Customer to whom they’ll work with. The rules to attribute the feeding
subsidy and others (missing warranty, assiduity, subsidy per shift, night
working subsidy , transport subsidy, etc) will be the same that rule the
rights of the customer’s employees.
